My Coaching Approach

I take a strengths-based approach, meaning I focus on what’s working instead of just fixing what’s not. ADHD is not a one-size-fits-all condition, and I work with you to:

  • Identify your unique ADHD strengths

  • Develop practical strategies for daily life

  • Improve focus, motivation, and consistency

  • Build self-trust and confidence

  • Create routines that actually work for you

My background in exercise science and coaching also allows me to incorporate movement and wellbeing strategies into sessions. While I believe in medication as a valuable tool, I also know that pills don’t teach skills—and that’s where coaching comes in

One-on-One Coaching: Private sessions tailored to your needs. Every coaching session is designed around your unique needs, challenges, and goals

Flexible Sessions: Coaching sessions are held online via Zoom, so you can work with me from anywhere. Whether you prefer weekly, fortnightly, or casual sessions, we’ll structure a schedule that suits your lifestyle.

Reduced Rates: I’m currently offering discounted coaching sessions as I fulfil my required hours for accreditation. Once my certification is complete, my rates will increase—so now is a great time to start working together at a lower cost.
